There is a holiday village in Follonica, Tuscany. It is equipped for wheelchair users and is located a few meters from the sea. The structure offers apartments in independent villas, immersed in a park. Every accommodation is equipped with a kitchenette and is near the accessible beach. This has an amphibious wheelchair for those who can't walk.

In addition to being very close to the sea of Follonica, the village has 2 swimming pools; these are located in a solarium area with also bar and restaurant service.
In the summer, the village plans activities for adults and children. These activities are focused on fun and sports, and take place in a green environment. Guests with disabilities can enjoy these activities too. Everyone deserves a fun holiday.

ACCOMMODATIONS: The village has apartments with air conditioning, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a balcony or patio.
There are 5 three-room units designed for people with mobility challenges. These apartments are also accessible to individuals with disabilities.
The apartments for people with disabilities have an accessible bathroom. It has grab bars, a floor-level shower, tilting side walls, and a folding seat on the wall. The maximum capacity of the apartment is 4 adults + 2 children (max 15 years).
BEACH: The village is 250 meters from a private beach in Follonica, equipped to be accessible to those with reduced mobility.
The beach is sandy and the seabed slopes gently, making it safe even for children and those who cannot swim.
Thanks to the walkway, guests in wheelchairs can reach their umbrellas with a platform. Each apartment gets a reserved spot on the beach with 1 umbrella, 1 sunbed, and 1 deckchair. Services like beach bars, toilets (not adapted), and showers are also included.
Guests with disabilities, along with those with reduced mobility and pregnant women, have priority for front-row seats.
RESTAURANT: The holiday village's restaurant serves traditional Tuscan dishes made from natural ingredients and local produce. The service is buffet style, including water and wine. The restaurant service is suitable for celiac guests.
MINI MARKET AND BAZAAR: If you want to cook in the apartment, you can buy the best Tuscan gastronomic products, inside the village.
At the village bazaar, you can find souvenirs from Follonica and typical products. It's a way to experience a taste of Tuscany even after you go home.
SPORT AND ENTERTAINMENT: In addition to its accessibility to guests in wheelchairs, the Follonica holiday village stands out for its entertainment. A team of entertainers makes guests' stay better with activities for adults and children 4 and up.
At any time of the day, in different meeting places, entertainers organize games, lessons, and sports tournaments. They have activities like five-a-side football and tennis. All you have to do is choose the most suitable activity for you and dive in.
ANIMALS: Access to animals is permitted, as long as they are on a leash and/or muzzled in all common areas. Owners need to make sure their pets don't bother other guests and clean up after them. Animals can't go to the beach, restaurant, or pool. Payment is required on-site for each animal present.
Services Included in the price: Residence room-only formula, beach service (1 umbrella + 1 deckchair + 1 sunbed, not available on the day of arrival and departure). Club Card and Services Forfait, internal parking space, first supply of bed linen and towels (change every 7 days), final cleaning (kitchenette cleaning by the customer).
Services not included or to be paid on-site: DEPOSIT* €200, to be returned on departure day after checking the apartment; subject to deductions in case of damage or if the kitchen is not cleaned (€50 for lack of cleaning of the kitchen). Municipal tourist tax*, pets €10 per day (to be reported when booking)
