Liguria is becoming increasingly accessible! In Spotorno, on the beautiful Ligurian Riviera, there is a historic 3-star hotel adapted to be barrier-free. The property is housed in a 19th-century villa, restored to combine period design with contemporary comforts.

The hotel in Spotorno is barrier-free: wheelchair users can move freely from the entrance to the reception area, in the lobby, restaurant and bar.
ROOMS: The property offers 26 rooms furnished in an elegant Art Déco style and divided into the following categories: Standard, located on the ground floor and equipped with all comforts, including 3 with independent access from the garden; Superior, facing the sea or the garden and even more spacious; De Luxe, spacious sea-view rooms; Suites, on two levels with living room and whirlpool bath; Dimore, with private terrace and large spaces.
The 2 adapted rooms belong to the Standard category, are located on the ground floor and can accommodate 2/3 people. Bathrooms are equipped with grab bars and a roll-in shower with a fold-down wall seat.
BEACH: The hotel’s private beach is located directly in front of the property, in the heart of the bay of Spotorno. Guests are entitled to reserved beach stations, each consisting of 1 umbrella and 2 sun loungers. The beach also features a pleasant beach bar kiosk for light lunches and snacks.
The beach service is included for stays of at least 7 nights in half board or full board (available from the day of arrival until the day before departure). For shorter stays or different board options, the beach station can be reserved in advance at an additional cost.
For greater privacy and convenience, it is also possible to reserve a private cabin at an extra charge (subject to availability).
Please note: the hotel’s private beach is not equipped with an amphibious wheelchair. There are nearby beach facilities equipped with amphibious wheelchairs, available at an extra cost.

The property offers a basic Half Board treatment, however lunches can also be added, allowing you to enjoy your stay on a Full Board basis.

PARKING: A private paid parking area is available just 500 metres from the property. The space is reserved from check-in until 11:00 am on the day of departure. Due to limited availability, advance reservation is recommended.
PETS: Pets are welcome subject to a small daily fee. They must be kept on a leash and are not allowed in dining areas. On the beach, access is permitted only at a partner beach facility in Spotorno. Prior notification is required.
