Booking Conditions

1. Booking Request
   From the moment the end user makes a booking request through the website, Sinertur is to be considered exclusively as an intermediary between the end user and the accommodation facility, transmitting the details of the booking request received to the relevant facility and subsequently sending the end user a confirmation email, in the name and on behalf of the accommodation facility, which will communicate the outcome of the request. Sinertur is not directly involved in managing the facilities present on the website.
   Once we receive the payment of the required deposit, it will take at least 48 working hours to receive confirmation of the availability of the chosen accommodation from the facility. In the unfortunate event that, in the meantime, the desired room is no longer available, Sinertur will immediately refund the total amount paid.
   We therefore invite you to wait for the final confirmation email before purchasing other services in conjunction with the requested stay (e.g., services such as flights, trains, ferries, etc.): if the end user decides to purchase the aforementioned services without waiting for the final confirmation email of the stay, Sinertur will not be responsible for any penalties applied by third-party suppliers.
   In providing our services, we disclose the data provided to us by the accommodation facilities. All facilities are therefore given access to an extranet network, for which they are fully responsible regarding the updating of rates, availability, and other information displayed on our website. While we provide our service with diligence and care, we cannot verify and guarantee the accuracy, completeness, and correctness of the information, nor can we be held responsible for any errors (including manifest and typographical errors), service interruptions (due to failures (temporary and/or partial), repairs, upgrades, or maintenance of the website or otherwise), for inaccurate, misleading, or false information, or for their non-delivery. Each accommodation facility is responsible at all times for the accuracy, completeness, and correctness of the (descriptive) information, including the rates and availability displayed on our website, which should always be considered subject to request. 4. Payments
   When booking through our portal, a deposit of 30% will be required, followed by the request for the balance, which must be paid no later than 30 days before the date of entry into the facility. If the booking date is already less than 30 days from the date of entry, the balance will be requested immediately after receiving the deposit.
   In no case will it be possible to pay the balance upon arrival at the facility, and failure to pay the balance within the indicated times will result in the cancellation of the booking and the application of penalties as provided by contract.
5. Cancellation, No-Show, or Modification of Booking
   By making a reservation at an accommodation facility, you accept and approve the cancellation policies, related penalties, and no-show conditions and any other additional rules or conditions of the facility applicable to your reservation or during your stay, including the services and/or products offered by the facility. If the reservation requires a deposit or full or partial advance payment, it may be cancelled (without prior notice of non-compliance or warning) if the remaining amount is not received in full by the established date.
   If the end user wishes to cancel their reservation, they must do so exclusively through email to info@hotelsenzabarriere.it. The cancellation conditions vary based on the type of offer chosen, therefore it is important to check them carefully before finalising your booking.
6. Travel Insurance
   We recommend taking out insurance to cover unforeseen events that could lead to the cancellation of the trip or the inability to travel.

8. Applicable Law
   The present contract will be governed by Italian law. For any disputes arising from or connected to this contract, the exclusive jurisdiction will be that of the court of Milan.
