The Hotel, simple and informal, is a tourist accommodation free of architectural barriers and located in a privileged position in the center of Jesolo Lido. Location and price are the structure's strong points despite the vintage furnishings.
The property is just 100 meters from the famous Piazza Mazzini and the amphitheater of Piazza Aurora, which hosts some of Jesolo's most popular events, including the "seafront of the stars," markets, concerts, and various shows.

The structure caters mainly to guests with disabilities, offering a hotel without architectural barriers. The rooms and amenities are wheelchair-accessible, designed to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Additionally, the ground floor houses all our main areas, such as the dining room, piano bar, breakfast room, and lounge, for easy access.

FACILITIES: Children can access a safe and fenced garden playground just in front of the restaurant and facing the sea. The Hotel offers many additional services to make your stay even more pleasant, such as:

ACCOMMODATIONS: The Hotel offers wholly renovated rooms with luxury services. Choose between our Junior Suites, Classic Rooms, or Family Rooms, all equipped with large balconies, 32-inch televisions, safes, electric shutters, air conditioning and heating, hairdryers, and mini-fridges.
For a peaceful rest, an anteroom separates the bedroom from the bathroom and the hotel corridor.
We also offer rooms specially designed for people with disabilities who wish to travel alone. Our wheelchair-accessible room on the ground floor is equipped with single beds, including an electric one, 32'' television, Wi-Fi, USB sockets, mini fridge, air conditioning, and a large bathroom with shower cubicle, seat, hydroscope with water hot and cold, as well as lowered handlebars and mirrors. This room can accommodate up to 2 people.
Upon request, a garden veranda is also available for additional wheelchairs, lifts, etc. We also offer connecting rooms for disabled people, consisting of two bedrooms.
Room for guests with disabilities on the ground floor. Equipped with single beds, including an electric one, it also offers a 32'' television, Wi-Fi, USB sockets, mini fridge, air conditioning, and a large bathroom with shower cubicle, seat, hydroscope with hot and cold water, handlebars, and mirrors lowered. It can accommodate up to 2 people, and upon request, a garden veranda is available for the wheelchair and other necessary accessories.
Connecting rooms for people with disabilities, consisting of 2 double rooms on the ground floor. The rooms are equipped with 4 single beds, 2 of which are electric. Inside are 2 32" televisions and a large bathroom with a shower cubicle, seat, hydroscope with hot and cold water, handlebars, and lowered mirrors. Furthermore, there is a separate bathroom for the connecting room. You will also enjoy an external veranda of 7 m2, where it is possible to add a bed or, wheelchairs and other equipment. The room is 35 m2 in total, plus the veranda of 7 m2.
The hotel rooms are designed to easily access the lobby, restaurant, and terrace bar with live music. And, when you're ready for a day at the beach, direct access is available for you and your companions with amphibious platforms and wheelchairs.
CATERING: Welcome to our vegetable buffet, where a rich selection of fresh salads will greet you. Enjoy a rich menu of at least 4 first and 4 second meat and fish courses. Finish your meal with desserts in the restaurant or ice cream at the piano bar.
We pay particular attention to vegetarians and people with special dietary needs. Furthermore, local production companies supply the hotel restaurant, so almost all our products originate from the Jesolo area.
You can keep an eye on your children playing in the garden from the dining room.
BEACH: Jesolo's beach is located just 50 meters from the Hotel and is also equipped for wheelchair-users. We offer entertainment for adults and children daily, muscle toning, and games by the sea. The beach is independently accessible and equipped with pitches, compliant toilets, and an amphibious wheelchair for swimming in the sea.
ANIMALS: Small pets are welcome (final sanitation is €25).
