Wheelchair-accessible residence in Cupra Marittima, in the Marche region, recently built. The facility is just 150 m away from the sea.
The residence consists of 2 buildings, one next to the other. Each of these includes apartments adapted for people with disabilities. It is suitable for extended stays, holidays, or work.

Apartments will be delivered from 4 pm to 7 pm (after this time, an additional cost of €40) / apartments will released from 8 am to 10 am.
ACCOMMODATIONS: the first building of the residence has 15 two-room apartments equipped for guests with disabilities. The accommodation has a maximum capacity of 4 people. The apartments have a living room with a kitchenette and a twin or double bedroom. The bathroom has safety handles, a floor-level shower, and a wall seat. Of these, 3 apartments also have a kitchen with free space under the hob, 70 cm high. Animals are not allowed inside the first building.
The second apartment complex has 6 apartments for guests with disabilities, located on the ground floor. There are 4 two-room apartments (up to 4 people) and 2 three-room flats (up to 6 people).
On the fifth floor, there is a wheelchair-accessible solarium. It has a raised swimming pool that overlooks Cupra Marittima; it is available to customers of the next building, too.
Pets are allowed inside this building.
The elevators at both facilities have 80cm doors; inside, they are 140cm deep and 104cm wide.
Wi-Fi is present in all common areas of the residence.
BEACH: 150 m from the residence, there is a beach equipped for guests with disabilities; it boasts the blue flag.
To reach the beach, you can walk along a stretch of asphalt road that has an underpass with a 125 cm wide sidewalk. The first part of the underpass is downhill (8% gradient), and the last part is uphill (8% gradient).
At the beach, there is a bar and restaurant accessible to wheelchairs, 3 bathrooms for people with disabilities, 1 closed shower accessible to wheelchairs, 1 changing room accessible to wheelchairs, and platforms to reach the umbrella. Customers with mobility difficulties have an amphibious wheelchair and a rescue and assistance service at their disposal.
An entertainment service is provided on the beach for adults and children.
Pets allowed (limited number).
RESTAURANT: The wheelchair-accessible restaurant is in front of the beach and has an agreement with the residence. The structure has a beautiful view of the sea of Cupra Marittima.
The restaurant offers typical dishes of the Marche tradition and Mediterranean cuisine, based on both meat and fish.
PETS: small/medium-sized pets are allowed only in the three-room apartments.
