The facility is a wheelchair-accessible residence located in Grottammare, in the Marche region. It overlooks the sea and is just a few steps from the city center, directly on the promenade, and 30 m from the sandy beach.

All the common areas of the Marche residence are wheelchair-accessible, both indoors and outdoors: reception, restaurant, bar, three swimming pools (one for adults, one for children, and one relaxation with hydro-massage), mini club, ample parking (also guarded), amphitheater with evening cabaret shows, fully equipped gym and boutique.
The pool area is accessible, but no aid facilitates access for people with disabilities.

ACCOMMODATION: The residence apartments are located in 5 separate buildings. They consist of 10 two-room apartments equipped for people with disabilities, with 1 double bed plus 2 single beds. They can accommodate up to 4 people.
All apartments have a fully equipped kitchenette, an adapted bathroom with a walk-in shower and grab bars, a telephone, A/C or heating that can be controlled directly, a TV, a hairdryer, and a safe. Some apartments have a personal solarium.
BEACH: One of Grottammare's beaches is private and for the use of the residents' guests. It is reachable by road crossing. It is a beach of fine sand, accessible and equipped for guests with mobility difficulties.
Wheelchair users can access it via the walkway. An amphibious wheelchair and the lifeguard service facilitate entry into the water.
The sea is shallow and sandy, ideal for children and people with reduced mobility. Guests can also take group swimming lessons, play beach volleyball, canoe, or rent bikes.
PAID RESTAURANT: possibility to purchase the full-board formula, i.e., breakfast, lunch, and dinner with rich buffet service. Water and wine are included. The restaurant serves international cuisine with meat and fish menus every day for lunch and dinner. Once a week, it organizes a dinner dedicated to the cuisine of Grottammare and the Marche region. For the smallest customers, pizza is available!
ENTERTAINMENT: the sports animators take care of group courses in football stretch, stretching, body sculpting, step, water aerobics, and swimming. Instructors from the Italian Federation hold judo/karate courses.
During the day, the lively team engages guests in games, tournaments, groups, and Latin-American dances. In the evenings, it organizes piano bars and theme parties.
The residence offers a mini-club to meet the needs of children of all ages. The entertainers entertain children with games, sports, cultural activities, and new entertainment.
