The living room has a double sofa bed, while a third bed can be added to the double bedroom — the maximum capacity is 5 people, with the possibility of adding a cot.
Two two-room apartments are equipped for guests with disabilities: they have large spaces, and the bathrooms have grab bars and a floor-level shower with a removable seat.
BEACH: The residence is just 100 meters from a wheelchair-accessible beach. It has a walkway, assistance, and rescue service. The amphibious wheelchair is provided free of charge at the 131 Miramare Beach bathing establishment. It is advisable to book your umbrella by contacting the establishment directly.
