The Residence is located strategically in Rimini; the location is excellent for reaching the main points of interest on the coast and inland. Those who love to move can visit the nearby hamlets on foot or by handbike/bicycle.
Since it does not have the rigid typical hotel hours, the Residence allows you to stay in total freedom and absolute privacy. Access to the structure is, in fact, without architectural barriers: the Hall is accessed via a small ramp, without external supports.
In the Hall, there is an elevator that serves all floors.

ACCOMMODATIONS: The Residence offers 2 apartments for people with disabilities, located on the 1st and 2nd floors and accessible by lift.
The wheelchair-accessible apartments consist of a living room with a kitchenette and double sofa bed, a large bathroom with a floor-level shower, a double bedroom with a sofa that can be used as a single bed or bunk bed, and two balconies.
The kitchen has cutlery, crockery, a fridge, a freezer, a microwave, and a glass-ceramic hob.
There is a 28-inch Samsung 28″ HD Ready – LED TV in the living and sleeping areas.
BEACH: The Residence is on the sea, just 50 meters from an affiliated equipped beach (Bagno n. 125). The beach is barrier-free and equipped with amphibious wheelchairs. The umbrella can be booked by contacting the beach establishment directly.
ANIMALS: small pets are allowed upon notification. An additional fee may be required for final cleaning.
Services Included in the price
Overnight stay only, consumption of water, electricity, gas, and air conditioning/heating (independent), SKY, bed linen, and towels. The bed linen is changed once a week in each apartment, while the bathroom linen is changed twice a week.
