In the Licata area, in the province of Agrigento, there is a wheelchair-accessible 4-star village encompassing everything you could desire from a vacation.

The holiday village is 300 meters from a well-equipped beach, where the sea has a sandy and gently sloping seabed.

For art and culture enthusiasts, the famous Valley of the Temples is less than an hour's drive from the resort; not to mention the other cultural attractions in the area, such as Noto and Piazza Armerina.

As for sports enthusiasts, they can keep active both in the village and amidst the wild nature of the area.

Both in the outdoor and indoor spaces, the property guarantees maximum wheelchair accessibility. The village has paths with slightly rough self-locking tiles, mostly flat or with gentle slopes. Moreover, the various common areas are less than 70 meters from each other, except the beach.

The village is on a verdant natural terrace, 15 meters above sea level. The sandy beach is about 300 meters from the rooms and is easily reachable via a paved path of about 180 meters with a 6% slope.

With a gently sloping sandy seabed, the sea is ideal for swimming for children and guests with reduced mobility. The beach is equipped with walkways that extend to the umbrellas, an amphibious wheelchair, and an assistance and rescue service for the bathing of disabled guests.

ROOMS: the property's rooms, recently renovated (rooms in 2023 and bathrooms in 2024), offer various solutions: Premium, Family, Superior, Classic, Dog Room. The accommodations, located in buildings with a maximum of 3 floors, are all equipped with Wi-Fi and a private outdoor space; the upper floors have a balcony or a small terrace; those on the ground floor offer a small garden area.
All accommodations have independent air conditioning, telephone, satellite TV, refrigerator, hairdryer, and safe, as well as bathrooms with showers.
For guests with specific needs, connecting rooms between doubles and triples and between triples and triples are available upon request. In addition, there are 25 rooms equipped explicitly for people with reduced mobility, in the Classic category, also available as connecting rooms.
The adapted rooms have sufficiently large spaces to move around comfortably. The beds ensure sufficient lateral and frontal space for wheelchair access. The balconies are large and accessible, often with adaptations to overcome small-level differences. The furniture is designed to be functional, with accessible wardrobes and visual and sound alarm systems. The desks offer a free space underneath for wheelchair access.
The bathrooms of the accessible rooms are designed to ensure maximum usability. The toilet has comfortable lateral and frontal spaces, a flexible shower head and strategically positioned support grab bars. The shower is walk-in and equipped with a grab bar and a seat. The sink has a space underneath for frontal wheelchair access.

BEACH: the facility boasts direct access to a vast sandy beach, with an umbrella and two sun loungers assigned to each room for the entire stay. For people with reduced mobility, there are reserved spots near the walkway.
The beach can be reached via a small staircase or, for people with mobility difficulties or strollers, via a paved path about 180 meters long with a moderate slope (no more than 6%).
Thanks to the gently sloping seabed, the water is particularly suitable for swimming for children and people with reduced mobility. In addition, wheelchair users can rely on walkways that extend to the umbrellas, constant assistance, and a JOB chair for entering the water.
Don't feel like sunbathing all day? The beach offers sailing, windsurfing, canoeing, pedal boats, paddle surfing, and a sand volleyball court.

RESTAURANTS: the main restaurant has two large air-conditioned dining rooms, where you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner, all served as a buffet. The tables are assigned upon arrival (for 8 people, to help socialise). During meals, wine and microfiltered tap water are included. Additional canned drinks are available at the Punto Caffè, with payments via smart card.
You can request a convenient Sea Box if you prefer to eat under the umbrella. Furthermore, the Sicilian village houses two other restaurants besides the main one: a restaurant directly overlooking the sea of Licata and a gourmet restaurant; both are wheelchair accessible.
Families with infants can rely on the Baby Feeding Room, which has everything needed to prepare meals for the little ones. During meal times, an assistant is present. In addition, basic foods are available, and those who wish can store their food in the refrigerator (after labelling).
Outside of meal times, for moments of relaxation and socialising, there are two bars: one located in the square and the other directly overlooking the beach of Licata, both wheelchair accessible. The Punto Caffè is also open during meal times. Payments are conveniently made via a smart card.

INTOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES: the holiday village pays great attention to the well-being of all guests. To ensure maximum safety, it is advisable to report allergies and intolerances when booking.
Breakfast includes packaged gluten-free products such as croissants, biscuits, and rusks. For lunch and dinner, in addition to a wide selection of naturally gluten-free foods, at least one gluten-free appetiser, first course, second course, pizza, and dessert are always available.
However, it is not possible to guarantee the absolute absence of contamination for these preparations.

ENTERTAINMENT: the entertainment team offers a lively and varied program to involve guests of all ages.
Younger guests can participate in activities organised by the clubs that are dedicated to children and teenagers. In addition, there is a large fenced playground equipped with giant inflatables, spring riders, swings, and slides.
During the day, games, parties, sports courses, and tournaments stimulate activity and socialisation. In the evening, the property's amphitheatre hosts various shows, including musicals, cabaret, variety shows, and engaging games. Wheelchair users can enjoy reserved seating.

SPORTS: the Licata village offers a wide range of facilities dedicated to sports and water and land-based fun. Guests can choose from three swimming pools: one designed for swimming, a more playful one with water slides, and one dedicated to children at the mini club.
Sports enthusiasts can use a well-equipped fitness area with isotonic machines, weights, treadmills, and spinning equipment. In addition, it is possible to participate in various group activities that combine movement, fun, and well-being, such as yoga, zumba, tai chi stretch, water aerobics, Nordic walking, and jump fitness.
Those who prefer team and outdoor sports will find several floodlit courts: for five-a-side football, multi-purpose (four for futsal and tennis), synthetic grass bowls, beach volleyball, and beach tennis. There are also areas for archery and table tennis. A team of qualified instructors offers a rich selection of water sports and attractions, with group lessons in sailing and windsurfing for adults and children.
Canoes, pedal boats, and paddle surf are free, as is the possibility of trying Hawaiian paddle surfing.

WELLNESS: for those seeking moments of relaxation and well-being, a wellness area accessible by wheelchair is available. You can indulge in face and body treatments, relaxing, sports, holistic massages, and personalised wellness programs here.
Upon arrival, guests can use a large free parking area about 50 meters from the main entrance. To ensure maximum accessibility, there are 8 reserved parking spaces for disabled guests, clearly marked. The path from the parking lot to the entrance is flat and paved.

PETS: small dogs (maximum weight 10 kg) are allowed in dedicated rooms, upon reservation and with a surcharge. A health certificate for the animal is required. Dog Rooms do not have adaptations.
