ROOMS: the property offers 400 rooms on 2 floors, divided into Classic, Family, Premium, and Comfort categories. Some rooms accommodate up to 5 guests (two-room layout without doors between spaces). Ground floor rooms have a garden, while first-floor rooms feature a small balcony. The average distance from the sea is 700 m (free shuttle service available, not equipped with wheelchair ramps; no individual assistance provided). Interconnecting rooms and accessible rooms are available upon request. Smoking is not allowed inside rooms but is permitted in gardens and on balconies.
Classic Accessible Room: equipped with individually controlled air conditioning, telephone, TV, mini fridge, safe, and bathroom with roll-in shower, wall-mounted seat, grab bars, and hairdryer.

DINING: this wheelchair-accessible holiday village in Puglia offers rich, varied, and high-quality cuisine. Chefs will guide you through regional specialties, Italian traditions, and international dishes. Live show cooking is available daily. Draft wine and microfiltered water are included during meals. A selection of bottled local wines and additional beverages are available for a fee using a Smart Card. The main restaurant features 4 air-conditioned dining rooms, with an assigned table shared with other guests for the entire stay. At the time of booking, it is possible to request (subject to availability) a private family table, which may vary daily between indoor and outdoor areas. A shaded outdoor area is also available, free of charge upon confirmation, with a dedicated family table for the entire stay. Tables accommodate up to 6 guests and cannot be combined. Guests may request proximity to another family’s table, subject to availability. In case of bad weather, guests of the themed restaurant will be moved to the main restaurant starting from 13:45 for lunch and 20:45 for dinner. Packed meals are available upon request. The attentive dining staff ensures continuous buffet replenishment with courtesy and professionalism.

ENTERTAINMENT: one of the best Italian entertainment teams, with a large group of professional animators. Not only fun, but also reliable services for guests of all ages: kids and teens clubs, fitness activities, sports courses and tournaments, parties, games, dancing, and excursions. Every evening, the large amphitheater hosts musicals, cabaret, comedies, and variety shows, all carefully organized.

POOLS: 2 accessible swimming pools, without gradual entry and without water access aids. However, it is possible to request the amphibious wheelchair from the beach and receive assistance from lifeguards.

BEACH: located approximately 800 m away (10–15 minutes walking) through a protected natural reserve shaded by pine trees. The path is unpaved (compact dirt road), therefore not recommended for guests traveling alone without assistance to push a manual wheelchair. A shuttle service is available but not equipped with a ramp. Guests can use 2 amphibious wheelchairs at the beach, along with a walkway and extended access to accessible sunbeds.

PETS: available upon request in Dog Rooms (not adapted for guests with disabilities), allowing small dogs up to 10 kg. Accommodation is in a Classic Room with a garden equipped with a dog bed and bowl. Limited availability.
