This wheelchair-accessible village in Villapiana, Calabria, is located in a flat area and separated from the sandy beach, which is only a fragrant pine forest.
Located on the outskirts of Sibari, the village has no architectural barriers and was built respecting the surrounding environment.
The facility is approximately 140 km from Lamezia Terme airport.

ACCOMMODATIONS: the property offers 18 rooms equipped for guests with disabilities. The accommodations have bathrooms with floor-level showers and grab bars; they are all double/triple rooms with the possibility of adding a cot. All rooms are equipped with a shower and hairdryer, telephone, air conditioning, TV, safe, and mini fridge.
BEACH: The wide beach in the village of Villapiana is wheelchair-accessible. The beach is of fine sand and is 300 m from the property. The path to the beach passes through a private pine forest and is primarily concreted; after that, it turns into a dirt path.
The beach has a private lido equipped with a bar and restaurant, changing rooms, and bathrooms (not adapted).
The lido is equipped for guests with disabilities: there is an amphibious wheelchair and reserved umbrella places with an extension of the walkway.
RESTAURANT: breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served buffet style in the central restaurant; drinks are included (water, orange juice, cola, tonic, beer, and wine on tap). The restaurant has a large external veranda and an internal air-conditioned room. In the evening there will be grilled meat and fish.
Alternatively, the holiday village has a seaside restaurant, open for lunch with a light lunch and grill. The Pizzeria, featuring a beautiful panoramic terrace, is also available for dinner.
Both alternative restaurants are included in the All-Inclusive treatment and can be used upon reservation, given the limited places available.
During the week, the village offers a typical Calabrian dinner and an elegant dinner.
For those who like to wake up calmly, the bar has a corner dedicated to the soft breakfast at the bar, where you can enjoy coffee and croissants from 10.00 to 12.00.
INTOLERANCES: for guests who suffer from food intolerances (gluten/lactose), packaged essential products are available (bread, pasta, gluten-free and lactose-free biscuits, lactose-free ice cream). Customers will be able to integrate them with products they supply themselves. Reporting is required at the time of booking.
BABY CARE ROOM: the restaurant of the holiday village offers parents a space dedicated to preparing meals, with a bottle warmer, microwave, refrigerator, mixer, sterilizer, fresh fruit, baby biscuits, baby food, fresh milk, essential products such as vegetable broth, vegetable puree, tomato puree, baby food.
ENTERTAINMENT: the village aims to give everyone an unforgettable holiday, thanks to a complete program of proposals that are aimed at everyone, even those with a disability.
The entertainment team will take care of the little guests with activities designed specifically for specific age groups: Kids Club 3 – 6 years, Mini Club 7/10 years, and Young Club 11/13 years.
