The property features 9 wheelchair-accessible rooms, a swimming pool equipped with a pool lift, and ramps providing easy access to all main areas. ROOMS: The property offers 9 rooms designed for wheelchair users, all located on the ground floor and free of architectural barriers. Spaces are generous, with smooth flooring and minimal door thresholds.
Private bathrooms feature roll-in showers, a toilet accessible from both the right and left side (please specify at the time of booking), and grab bars. To ensure maximum comfort and independence, height-adjustable hospital beds, anti-bedsore mattresses, shower chairs, hoists, standing aids, and raised toilet seats are available upon request.
Accessible rooms are available in different categories:
Standard, 18–20 m²;
Large, approximately 20 m², with roll-in shower and optional bathtub;
Suite, 20–22 m² with a small private lounge area or terrace;
Large Suite, 25 m² with a spacious bedroom and large living area.
All rooms are air-conditioned and include free Wi-Fi.

POOL: The swimming pool is set within the garden and equipped with a mechanical system to facilitate water entry for guests with mobility impairments. Upon request, staff assistance can be arranged.
To ensure a relaxing experience, the water temperature is maintained pleasantly warm throughout the year.

DINING: The hotel restaurant combines Moroccan culinary tradition with international flavors, all within an accessible yet welcoming setting. The dining area enjoys a beautiful panoramic view, and guests may also dine on the adjacent terrace.
Menus can be customized upon request to accommodate specific dietary requirements or medical needs.
Guests interested in Moroccan cuisine can take part in cooking classes offered at the property, bringing home the flavors experienced during their stay.

EXCURSIONS: The property offers a wide range of adapted excursions, designed to allow wheelchair users to explore Morocco. The hotel provides not only qualified guides, but also specially equipped 4x4 vehicles featuring a mechanical transfer system to the front passenger seat.
Activities range from adventurous experiences in the Agafay Desert to full-day tours of the Ourika Valley or the coastal town of Essaouira, including visits to traditional villages and natural landmarks. In-depth guided tours of Marrakech can also be organized, covering the Medina, souks, and most famous gardens, with the possibility of using traditional carriages accessible via transfer systems.
For a more immersive experience, multi-day excursions with overnight stays in local homes or desert camps can be arranged. All services are designed to ensure maximum inclusivity, supported by specialized staff.
