This wheelchair-accessible hotel in Tenerife is one of the most popular accommodations among our customers, given its great attention to services and accessibility in general. It is also possible to rent aid or receive personal assistance for a fee.
The accommodation is especially suitable for couples and families looking for a quiet stay. It is just a few minutes by taxi from all the main attractions of Las Americas.

ACCOMMODATION: The accommodations adapted for people with disabilities are studio apartments and two-room apartments.

• The Studio is suitable for people travelling alone or, at most, as a couple (1 wheelchair only). The accommodation is a small open space with a kitchenette, a single sofa bed, and a second pull-out bed.
  It is an economical solution but suitable for people in wheelchairs, given the bathroom with a floor-level shower and grab bars.
  The Studio also has a small balcony with a table and garden chairs.
• The Two-Room apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of two separate rooms: a double bedroom and a living room with a kitchenette and a single sofa bed; there is also the possibility of an additional second pull-out bed.
  The two-room apartment also has a wheelchair-accessible bathroom with a floor-level shower and grab bars.
  It is equipped with a small balcony or patio.
  The Two-Room Apartments can be Standard or Superior. The Superior has a much larger bedroom and is suitable for accommodating two people in wheelchairs.

POOLS: The pool area is one of the guests' favourite places, including 2 large swimming pools and 1 therapy pool.
One of the large pools (10.80 m x 16.80 m) is heated all year round to around 32ºC and also offers neck showers, hydromassage tubs, and waterfalls.
The second pool (10.60 m x 14.60 m) has a depth of 1:10 m to 2 m., and the water temperature is maintained between 22 ºC and 25 ºC.
Both pools are equipped with lifts and steps with handrails to make it easier for older people and people with reduced mobility to access the pool.
The therapy pool (5.70 m x 10.70 m) has a depth of 50 cm to 90 cm and has a handrail on one side for walking. The water temperature is also maintained between approximately 22 ºC and 25 ºC.
The pool area has many sun loungers. Wheelchair users can easily transfer into them, while large umbrellas and palm trees provide shade from the sun.
A lifeguard monitors the pool 8 hours a day to ensure the safety of all guests.

RESTAURANT: Besides the pool bar, there is a large buffet restaurant. Several times a month, there are "themed food nights": Asian, Scandinavian, Italian, Mediterranean or German brewers' buffet dinners!
The staff will be happy to assist guests who have difficulty serving themselves from the buffet by helping them during the service.

BEACH: The Hotel does not have a private beach but is near Las Vistas, one of the most wheelchair-accessible beaches in Spain. Parasols and sun loungers are arranged on a wooden deck that extends to the sea. Retractable walkways start from the promenade and reach the platforms, large showers, and toilets for wheelchair users.
The beach is approximately 1800m from the Hotel, so it can be reached with a 15-20 minute walk or by using one of the many taxis with a ramp that can be booked directly from the hotel reception: 3 minutes, and they will take you to Las Vistas.
The beach volunteers, members of the Spanish Red Cross, will gladly assist you free of charge during your stay on the beach.

AIRPORT TRANSFER HOTEL: There is a possibility of purchasing the transfer with a ramp from Tenerife South Airport (IATA Code: TFS), also known by its old name, Reina Sofia Airport, to the facility. You can enter it on the next page during the booking request-sending procedure, where the quote summary will be present.
