With its large green areas, shaded parks, private beaches and a wide range of services designed with full respect for the environment, this wheelchair-accessible tourist facility in Cesenatico is the ideal place for lovers of outdoor life who wish to rediscover the connection with wide open spaces without giving up modern comfort.

Accessibility is one of the strengths of this village, allowing everyone to enjoy a truly barrier-free wheelchair holiday. All areas are spacious and easily accessible, including accommodations, common areas and green spaces. Pedestrian paths are equipped with ramps and slopes, and the staff is able to meet specific individual needs, ensuring a relaxing and comfortable stay for all guests.
ACCOMMODATION: 4 Mobile Homes have been adapted for guests with disabilities. The wheelchair-friendly accommodation is a modern 32 sqm three-room unit (up to 4 persons), with refined design and air conditioning. Each Mobile Home features a living area with a fully equipped kitchenette and tall fridge, 2 bedrooms (one double and one twin) and a bathroom with a roll-in shower with removable edge (as shown in the gallery photos) and a fold-down wall seat. The units also include a comfortable covered outdoor veranda furnished with table and chairs.
RESTAURANT: Guests may purchase a meal package at the on-site restaurant. Enjoy delicious meat and fish dishes, traditional Romagna cuisine from land and sea, or fragrant wood-fired pizza. Taste gourmet burgers, pizza and the best local and national beers, or focus on classic regional specialties – our Romagna piadina kiosk is waiting for you! The beach restaurant bar offers fresh salads, tasty pasta dishes and appetizers.
The daily menu includes 2 starters, 2 main courses with side dishes, fruit or dessert, or pizza. Bread, jug water, draft wine (¼ litre per person) and draft soft drinks for children are included. Daily menus may feature meat, fish or vegetarian options. Simple dishes such as plain pasta, tomato or ragù pasta, grilled meat, cold cuts and cheeses are always available. Gluten-free meals can be requested.
HALF BOARD / FULL BOARD AVAILABLE
How convenient it is to combine your stay with the possibility of enjoying lunch or dinner comfortably seated at the restaurant or on the veranda of your Mobile Home! You may choose between B&B, Half Board or Full Board for a holiday full of freedom with hotel-style comfort.

SWIMMING POOLS: The camping village features 3 swimming pools, none equipped with a hoist:
- semi-Olympic pool for experienced swimmers;
- medium pool for children’s activities;
- small pool for those less confident in the water but still wishing to cool off on hot days.
Additionally, there are 2 whirlpool tubs and a sauna for guests who enjoy relaxing wellness moments.
Poolside relaxation is ensured with sun umbrellas and loungers (extra charge).
Pools are not heated and are open from late May to early September.
BEACH: About 500 m away you will find affiliated beach establishments (extra charge), equipped with children’s play areas and beach football, beach tennis and beach volleyball courts. Many activities can be enjoyed on the sandy shores of the Adriatic Sea, known for its shallow seabed. On request, an amphibious wheelchair can be provided (to be requested at the time of booking).
ENTERTAINMENT & SPORTS: One of the highlights of the facility! Thanks to a cheerful multilingual entertainment team, daily daytime and evening activities are organised for adults and children. Beach and pool games include creative workshops, sports activities, competitions, dance shows (ballet, musicals, cabaret), parties and much more.
There is also a wide choice of activities for children and teenagers aged 4 to 17, divided into Mini Club, Junior Club and Teen Club.
Adults can enjoy a rich programme of sports and fitness, including football tournaments, Zumba and aqua-gym classes and healthy walks.
Qualified instructors offer swimming lessons for adults and children (extra charge).
PETS: Dogs of all sizes are allowed, except breeds or types similar to: rottweiler, Neapolitan mastiff, cane corso, bulldog, pitbull, bull-type terriers, dogo, some shepherd dogs, molossoid breeds and related crossbreeds.
Other pets are also allowed, with a maximum indicative limit of 2 animals per accommodation unit, subject to mandatory notification at the time of booking.
Animals must have valid health certificates and vaccination records.
During the stay, dogs must be kept on a leash and managed with respect for other guests and the internal regulations of the facility. Access may be restricted in certain areas (such as swimming pools, non-dedicated beach areas, common areas or services).
A daily supplement and possible final cleaning fee are generally required, payable locally. Bringing pets implies acceptance of current regulations and the facility’s internal rules.
