Private wheelchair-accessible Villa in Ischia entirely for exclusive use. The structure overlooks the Maronti bay and offers a breathtaking view of the suggestive promontory of Sant'Angelo, the island of Capri and the Gulf of Naples.

The Villa was recently renovated, and all the rooms are free of architectural barriers and equipped to accommodate people with mobility difficulties.

The entire structure, built on a single level, will be for the exclusive use of the guests.

ACCOMMODATION: this fantastic wheelchair-accessible Villa in Ischia is equipped with:

• 1 bedroom with double bed with electrically adjustable bed (medical device);
• 1 double bedroom, with double bed or single beds;
• 1 single bedroom (single bed);
• 1 sleeping area for a family assistant or local assistant (this is a small room with a second entrance and independent bathroom. In the absence of an assistant, the guest can use the third bathroom by accessing it from an internal door, which will remain closed in the event of the presence of an assistant who is not part of the family);
• 2 bathrooms, one of which is perfectly equipped for people with reduced mobility, arranged in two distinct and separate areas: a first access area for people without any mobility difficulties and a second access area, with large passageways and manoeuvring spaces, for a person in a wheelchair; the room is also equipped with access with sliding doors and support aids;
• panoramic living room with sofa bed and colour TV with satellite channels;
• panoramic dining room;
• equipped kitchen;
• small laundry room with a washing machine;
