Restaurants, reception, sports areas, and the pool area are wheelchair accessible. The ramps present have slopes of approximately 12%, which may be challenging for guests using a manual wheelchair independently. There are no elevators within the resort.

ACCOMMODATION: the resort offers 2 garden view rooms adapted for guests with disabilities, both located on the ground floor and in different buildings. These welcoming and bright rooms offer a space of approximately 33 m² and overlook the well-kept gardens of the resort. They are equipped with two queen-size beds and can accommodate up to 3 guests. The adapted bathroom features a roll-in shower with fixed wall-mounted seat and grab bars.

BEACH: a boardwalk is available on the beach, reaching up to 10 metres from the sea, allowing wheelchair users to comfortably access the dedicated platform. An accessible restroom is available in the beach area. For the ramp leading down to the beach, the assistance of a companion is required, as the slope may be too steep to navigate independently when going uphill.
An amphibious wheelchair for sea access is available at the lifeguard tower during operating hours.
For greater comfort when entering the water, we recommend bringing water shoes, to enjoy the beach safely and with peace of mind.

ALL INCLUSIVE TREATMENT: offers a complete and carefree holiday, with a wide range of services included throughout the stay. We recommend our guests go to the restaurant for dinner around 7:00 PM; this allows for a more relaxed dining experience, avoiding peak-time crowding, which is common in resorts of this size.

POOLS: the swimming pool area of this accessible resort in Santo Domingo is one of its most pleasant spaces, designed to offer relaxation and fun for guests of all ages. Set within the resort’s tropical gardens, it features a large central pool, surrounded by comfortable sun loungers and shaded areas, ideal during the hottest hours of the day.
Families can also enjoy a children’s area, with shallow water zones and entertainment moments designed especially for younger guests. The overall atmosphere is calm and relaxing, with a nearby bar service and ample space to socialise or simply enjoy the Caribbean sun.
There are no assistive devices available for entering the pool.

ENTERTAINMENT: kids’ club divided by age groups and entertainment activities also available for adults.
