The resort offers very good accessibility in the common areas, although in some sections the assistance of a companion may be required due to varying gradients. The entrance, lobby and main square are connected by concrete ramps. Restaurants and bars are accessible on level ground, with tables allowing comfortable wheelchair access.
Accessible restrooms are strategically located near the restaurants and in the shopping area. The gym and wellness centre are also accessible on level ground. The theatres can be reached via ramps.

ROOMS: approximately 300 Caribbean-style rooms equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV and minibar. Two of the ground-floor double rooms are specifically equipped for guests with reduced mobility.
Accessible rooms have a maximum occupancy of 2 guests; thanks to the possibility of being connected to a standard non-adapted room, they also represent an ideal solution for families wishing to stay in adjoining and functional environments. Please note that, during the search process, if more than 2 guests are travelling it will be necessary to select 2 rooms. A request for connecting rooms will be submitted at the time of booking.
Rooms offer generous manoeuvring space and doors with a clear width of 85 cm. The bed height is 55 cm, the wardrobe includes lowered hanging rails at 125 cm, and air-conditioning controls are positioned at a height of 80 cm.
The bathroom features a level-access shower measuring 140x160 cm, equipped with grab bars and a shower chair. The WC, 45 cm high, includes a vertical support rail.

BEACH: the resort is located on a stunning private white-sand beach, reachable from the pool area. Wheelchair users must negotiate two ramps with moderate gradients (approximately 8% and 6%).
Once on the beach, a concrete pathway leads directly to the reserved umbrella areas, positioned on dedicated wooden platforms suitable for wheelchair use.
To facilitate access to the sea, the resort provides an amphibious wheelchair, as well as assistance from lifeguards.
The nearest accessible restrooms are located approximately 150 metres from the beach, in the resort’s commercial area.

POOL AREA: the swimming pools are located approximately 30 metres from the adapted rooms and can be reached via a 14-metre ramp with gradients ranging between 5% and 8%. Facilities include a main pool and a circular whirlpool.
Access into the water is facilitated by a ramp with eight steps, allowing the use of the amphibious wheelchair provided by the resort. Pool attendants are also available to assist guests when entering or exiting the water.
After swimming, guests can relax in the sunbathing areas, equipped with loungers and shaded structures.

DINING: the resort offers a comprehensive All Inclusive formula, designed to ensure a varied culinary experience and maximum comfort.
The dining offer includes several themed restaurants and a main buffet restaurant, serving international cuisine and traditional Mexican specialities daily. Guests may also dine in à la carte restaurants featuring Mediterranean, Italian and fusion cuisine, subject to reservation.
Throughout the day, snacks and light refreshments are available in various areas of the resort, together with a wide selection of soft drinks, cocktails, wine and national spirits included in the formula.

Sauna and steam bath have step-free entrances with inward-opening doors. Massage rooms feature treatment beds 60 cm high, facilitating transfers from a wheelchair. The only limitation concerns the showers and changing room, where there is a step of approximately 10–15 cm.
