Welcome to this wheelchair-accessible facility in Bibione, nestled in a quiet, green area: since 1999, it has offered all its guests courtesy and familiarity.
The facility is on the sea and not far from the center, near the famous Bibione spa. It offers hotel and residence services to its guests: hotel rooms, apartments, and villas with independent kitchens.

HOTEL FORMULA: The wheelchair-accessible Bibione Hotel has all the comforts of a 3* structure. The facility is spread over three floors. Inside is a large hall and some common areas where you can relax.
All the rooms in the Hotel are equipped with TV, A/C, heating, telephone, and terrace. For each room, the following are included:
- A parking space
- A beach umbrella with a deckchair and sunbed
- The use of our infrastructure
RESIDENCE FORMULA: The Residence, part of the facility, comprises two-room apartments, villas divided into two three-room terraced apartments, and some studios. The apartments are surrounded by 5,000 m2 of pine forest in a tranquil area.
All apartments have a kitchenette, TV with digital terrestrial, telephone, A/C, heating, and terrace/patio.
Each apartment includes:
- A parking space
- A beach umbrella with a deckchair and sunbed
- The use of the infrastructure

ACCOMMODATION: The facility has the following wheelchair-accessible accommodations:
- 7 three-room villas facing the sea (max 5 people);
- 5 two-room apartments (max 4 people);
- 1 double room in the hotel formula;
- 3 single rooms in the hotel formula.
All accommodations have bathrooms equipped with grab bars and a floor-level shower.
RESTAURANTS: Breakfast is buffet style and is included in the hotel formula. It is to be paid separately in the residence formula.
The restaurant menu offers a wide choice of dishes and a rich buffet of fresh vegetables for lunch and dinner.
If you want to stay in the Residence formula without sacrificing comfort, the facility allows you to book daily from a wide choice of take-away dishes.
BIBIONE THERMAE: The property is close to the Bibione spa center. Guests can enjoy a 10% discount on treatments by presenting the facility voucher, which will be collected on-site.
BEACH: A beach umbrella, a deckchair, and a sun lounger are available for each accommodation unit. For people with reduced mobility, there are platforms to facilitate access to the beach and amphibious wheelchairs.
ANIMALS: Small pets are allowed (for a fee).
