It is a wheelchair-accessible hotel in Rimini, facing the sea and 10 minutes walk from Fellini Park. The hotel is 2 km from the center of Rimini and the train station and 10 minutes from the new fair and Rimini Airport.

The Hotel is without architectural barriers, with an elevator wide enough for regular and motorized wheelchair access. The restaurant can be reached by stairlift. Due to weight reasons, a manual wheelchair is required.

ACCOMMODATIONS: The hotel has 4 classic-type rooms equipped for guests with mobility difficulties. Three of these rooms have a balcony and are: one double, a double room + 1 bed, and a quadruple. Additionally, there is a Classic Triple Wheelchair Accessible Room available without a balcony.
In all adapted rooms, the doors are more than 60 cm wide to facilitate the passage of wheelchairs. The mattress is 18 cm high, and the overall height of the bed + mattress is 52 cm. In this way, it is easier for people with motor difficulties to get into bed.
The bathroom is larger than those in traditional rooms. The shower is level with the floor and has no box, with a folding wall chair; the toilet is 53 cm high with the lid closed.

BEACH: The hotel has an agreement with a private beach in Rimini, just 25 meters away. The beach is accessible for a fee and is equipped for guests with disabilities.
The bathing establishment is wheelchair-accessible via a walkway. It is also equipped with an amphibious wheelchair (free and upon request) and a lifeguard assistance and rescue service.
At the beach, volleyball courts and children's games are also available. From mid-June to early September, the entertainment staff offers beach activities for adults and children: team games, water aerobics, mini club, muscle toning, group dancing, and shows.

RESTAURANT: Even if the hotel restaurant only serves breakfast and is closed for lunch and dinner, there are various restaurants in the surrounding area, some of which even offer a discount to our valued hotel guests.

POOL: The structure is equipped with a saltwater swimming pool and solarium. The solarium is also wheelchair accessible, but no aids for entering the water are available.

PETS: the property welcomes small and medium-sized animals. Pets are also allowed in the dining room and on a beach equipped for them near the structure.
