Wheelchair-accessible residence in Liguria, located in the seaside town of Bordighera. The property is situated in a quiet residential area, just 150 metres from the beach. Restaurants, cafés, ice cream shops and local stores are all within easy walking distance. Along the seafront promenade guests will also find several bars, restaurants and a beachfront nightclub.

The residence features a reception desk and a lift. On the top floor, guests can enjoy a shared panoramic rooftop solarium overlooking the sea, equipped with sun loungers, parasols and tables. Private parking is available subject to availability and must be requested at the time of booking. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, while check-out is required by 10:00 am.

APARTMENTS: the residence consists of 48 one-bedroom apartments spread over five floors. Four apartments are fully wheelchair accessible, each measuring approximately 38 m². They feature a living room with kitchenette, sofa, one double bedroom with an additional single bed, and an accessible bathroom with a roll-in shower, fold-down shower seat and grab rails beside the toilet. One accessible apartment is located on the ground floor, while the remaining three are on the first floor, accessible by lift. All apartments, both accessible and standard, are equipped with a safe, digital TV (no satellite channels), dishwasher and a private balcony.

PETS: Pets are welcome upon request and for an additional fee. Guests are kindly asked to bring everything necessary for their pet's care and hygiene.
