The hotel has a reception and lift. On the top floor, there is a shared solarium overlooking the sea, complete with deckchairs, umbrellas, and tables.

Parking options: €5 per day, subject to availability, to be requested when booking.

ACCOMMODATION: The residence consists of 48 two-room residential units on 5 floors. Among these, 4 wheelchair-accessible apartments, 38 m2 in size, consist of a living room with kitchenette, double sofa bed, double bedroom plus single bed, bathroom with floor-level shower and wall-mounted seat, and toilet with grab bars.
One accessible apartment is on the ground floor, and the other three are on the first floor, reachable by lift.
All apartments, accessible or not, are equipped with a safe, a TV with digital channels (no satellite), adishwasher and a small terrace.

PETS: Small pets are allowed on request, with a supplement of €50. The customer must have the necessary cleaning supplies with him.
