Holiday village in Follonica, accessible to wheelchair users, located in the province of Grosseto, in the heart of the beautiful Tuscan Maremma.

The partner accessible beaches are located 800 metres from the property and can be reached on foot via a dedicated paved path, with only 60 metres of compact dirt track. For guests who prefer to drive, there is a disabled parking area directly in front of the beach establishment.

POSSIBILITY TO ADD LUNCHES AND DINNERS

The property offers a base accommodation-only treatment, with the possibility of adding a meal supplement to enjoy your stay on a Half Board or Full Board basis.

RESTAURANT: you will find an à la carte restaurant, where a sweet and savoury buffet breakfast is served in the morning, while lunch and dinner feature a rich menu inspired by the traditional Tuscan and Maremma cuisine.

ACCOMMODATION: the holiday village is one of the most accessible in Tuscany, thanks to the large number of adapted units available for guests with reduced mobility.
The property consists of brick-built terraced villas of approximately 40 sqm, divided into one-bedroom villas (max 4 guests) and standard two-bedroom villas (max 6 guests).
For guests with disabilities, there are 12 adapted one-bedroom villas. These units are suitable for guests with reduced mobility and include:

• small private garden;
• independent entrance;
• outdoor veranda with table and chairs;
• flat-screen TV;
• kitchenware;
• air conditioning;
• complimentary bathroom toiletries.

SWIMMING POOLS: the holiday village has 2 swimming pools: 1 for children and 1 for adults. The adult pool is accessible to guests with disabilities thanks to the pool hoist and the support of the village staff assistance.

BEACH: the village is approximately 800 metres from the accessible beaches of Follonica, with which the property has an agreement.
The beaches can be reached on foot via a dedicated path and are accessible by walkway. The walkway, also suitable for wheelchairs, reaches up to 10 metres from the shoreline and the reserved beach stations for guests with mobility disabilities.
Accessible beach stations may also be equipped with a removable platform base to be placed between the walkway and the sunbeds, making wheelchair transfer and positioning easier.
Guests with reduced mobility have access to an amphibious wheelchair to facilitate entry into the sea, as well as accessible toilets.
Given the length of the route, guests can also reach the beach by car and make use of the disabled parking spaces available directly in front of the beach establishment.

ENTERTAINMENT: the animation team and village staff are available from morning until late evening, with mini club, games tournaments, evening shows, cabaret performances and live music.

PETS: four-legged friends are welcome and can access all outdoor areas. Around the swimming pool, there is a dedicated sunbathing area where pets are allowed, as well as a specific dog exercise area.
Owners are kindly asked to respect basic hygiene rules and other guests. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the partner accessible beach.
