The village is equipped for guests with disabilities in Scarlino, Tuscany, in the Gulf of Follonica (GR). The property is approximately 3 km from the center of Follonica itself. The proximity to the city allows you to enjoy restaurants, clubs, shops, and supermarkets even outside the village.
The holiday village is immersed in a splendid pine forest: the Hotel part is 50 m from the sandy beach, which can be walked through the pine forest. The residence area is instead 500 m from the central region of the hotel, reachable via a pedestrian path outside the Resort.

- 4 two-room apartments (Formula Residence for overnight stay only), which are, however, behind the village, far from both the swimming pool and the central part of the village, and from the beach. For this reason, we do not recommend them.

The facility is divided into 2 areas and can therefore provide its customers with 2 different accommodation options: HOTEL formula or RESIDENCE formula.
The hotel area is located in the central building, near the car park, the restaurant, the swimming pools, and the entertainment area. It is 50 m from the beach; it is equipped with amphibious wheelchairs.
The residence area is 500 m from the central region of the hotel and does not have nearby parking. However, there is a second beach, equipped with amphibious wheelchairs, reserved for guests of the residence area. To reach the beach, the route is outside the village, and the pavement is quite uneven due to the roots of the trees present.
There is no market inside the facility. For this reason, we do not recommend the residence solution for guests with disabilities.

BEACHES: Both beaches of the property are equipped for guests with disabilities. In both, there is a walkway with an extension to the umbrellas, an amphibious wheelchair for the beach, and a beach assistance and rescue service.
POOLS: The village has 2 swimming pools located in the central area, one for adults and one for children, both equipped with a solarium area.
The solarium area is easily accessible to everyone as it is mono-planar; there are no aids to facilitate entry into the water.
RESTAURANT: The restaurant is structured on two floors, with internal and external areas and a terrace overlooking the panorama of Scarlino. The staircase to reach the upper floor is equipped with a stair lift; the aid may not support the excessive weight of some electric wheelchairs.
The restaurant offers the best traditional Tuscan and Mediterranean dishes, showcased in an imaginative buffet. Water and wine in carafes are included at will with all meals. Possibility, upon request and based on availability, of some foods for celiacs.
For the tiny ones: for the two main meals, there is a "baby corner" at the restaurant, an early opening: every day, there are vegetable or legume purees, vegetable or meat broths, rice or semolina creams available, pasta, fresh sauce, yogurt, fresh fruit (baby foods not provided). One microwave oven, blender, electric hob, bottle warmer, and high chairs are also available.
ENTERTAINMENT: A dedicated staff member organizes activities for children within the baby club (4/8 years), mini-club (8/12 years), and junior club (12/16 years).
The entertainment staff also organizes activities for the older ones, such as games and shows. The shows take place mainly in the dedicated space at the Resort, where the staff organizes a show every evening for adults and children.
Sports lovers can indulge in water sports, mountain biking, and walks in the surroundings of Follonica. You can also indulge in golf, horse riding, or diving at affiliated external centers.
