The overall atmosphere is calm and never crowded, with soft and non-intrusive entertainment, particularly appreciated by those seeking relaxation and a slower pace.
The property intentionally maintains a natural and informal setting: some areas may appear less refined compared to traditional resorts, but this contributes to preserving its authenticity. The village is especially suitable for those who love nature, the sea, and a simple, relaxing holiday, while it may be less suitable for those looking for intense entertainment or more structured environments.
The village is set in a natural environment with mostly flat pathways, but in some areas the ground consists of compacted dirt and gravel.
For this reason, independent use with a manual wheelchair may be challenging.
We recommend travelling with a companion able to assist if needed, or using electric add-on devices such as a Triride or similar, which can be attached to a manual wheelchair to allow easier movement within the property.
ACCOMMODATION: The mobile homes bring comfort into the heart of the Mediterranean landscape. Each unit features a living area with TV and air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, and a spacious veranda furnished with table and chairs. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
While the interiors are not particularly large, they are well organized and suitable for guests using compact manual wheelchairs.
Two mobile homes have been adapted for wheelchair users. These include an external ramp to access the veranda, an accessible shower with removable threshold system, and grab bars for safety.
BEACH: The camping village enjoys direct access to a beautiful sandy beach overlooking the islands of the Tuscan Archipelago. This stretch of coastline, awarded the Blue Flag and 5 Sails by Legambiente, features crystal-clear and safe waters, also recognized with the Green Flag for families.
The private beach includes both a free area and an equipped area, with umbrellas, sunbeds or straw parasols with comfortable mattresses. For wheelchair users, the property provides an amphibious wheelchair to facilitate safe access to the sea.
Active guests can also enjoy a beach volleyball court, a children’s play area, and a launch corridor for water sports activities.
DINING: All accommodations are equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, and the camping village also features a convenient on-site market, open daily. For those who prefer not to cook, there is a restaurant open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The restaurant celebrates Tuscan and Mediterranean cuisine with meat, fish, and vegetarian options, paired with a fine selection of local wines. Pizza lovers can enjoy a Neapolitan pizzeria specializing in long-leavened dough baked in a wood-fired oven.
After dinner, guests can continue the evening with cocktails and finger food at the snack bar.

ENTERTAINMENT: The camping village offers a rich program of activities designed for guests of all ages.
Adults can relax with outdoor yoga and pilates or enjoy karaoke and dance sessions.
Meanwhile, children can have fun safely at the mini club, where experienced staff organize beach games and creative workshops.
More active guests can enjoy water sports, diving, tennis, archery, and excursions in the Maremma countryside.
In the evening, the village comes alive with night entertainment, including shows and movie screenings.
