Camping village located between Marina di Grosseto and the Maremma Natural Park, with great attention to wheelchair accessibility. The property is an oasis of peace shaded by centuries-old pine trees, overlooking a beach of fine sand and a crystal-clear sea with shallow waters.

The camping village offers everything needed for a worry-free holiday: entertainment for adults and children, shops for groceries, restaurants and bars, and an accessible shuttle to reach the beach comfortably.

ACCOMMODATION: The camping village offers a wide range of bungalows, mobile homes and pitches. In particular, there are 3 accessible mobile homes and 5 accessible bungalows designed for guests with disabilities. These units feature a ramp leading to the veranda, which opens directly onto the living area. Inside, there are bedrooms, an equipped kitchen and a private bathroom. The bathroom includes a roll-in shower with wall-mounted shower seat, grab bars, raised toilet and hand-held shower.

BEACH: The beach is located 800 metres from the main complex, through a beautiful pine forest. Guests can reach it by enjoying a long walk along the paved road, paying attention to the final dune, which may require assistance. Alternatively, the property provides a free and wheelchair-accessible shuttle service by train equipped with a ramp.
Guests can choose between the large free beach and the equipped private beach (extra charge). The private beach offers umbrellas and sunbeds, a walkway to reach them and a JOB chair to facilitate access into the sea.
For lunch with a sea view or a refreshing snack, there is also a beach bar open from breakfast until aperitif time.

POOL: In the centre of the camping village there are two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, supervised by lifeguards, with a JOB chair available. Access is free until maximum capacity is reached, with the use of a swimming cap required. Guests may also rent sunbeds and umbrellas by the pool; otherwise, the pool area is surrounded by a large green space where guests can relax on their towels.
Next to the pool, there is a well-equipped self-service restaurant, ideal for lunch or an aperitif.

ENTERTAINMENT: The camping village offers entertainment for all ages. Adults can enjoy live shows, open-air cinema and dance evenings. Younger guests have access to two playgrounds and a dedicated entertainment team.
The real highlight of the property is its large internal wildlife park, where deer, fallow deer and mouflons live freely. Guests can explore this natural paradise through guided photo safaris, a unique opportunity to observe local wildlife up close.
For active holidays, the camping village also offers football, basketball and volleyball courts, archery and cross-training areas. There is also a beautiful 2.8 km green path with 16 equipped fitness stations.

DINING: All accommodations feature a convenient equipped kitchen for guests who prefer to cook and dine privately. However, inside the camping village there are also several restaurants, bars and self-service restaurants: the culinary offer ranges from grilled meat and Neapolitan pizza to fresh fish dishes, artisan gelato, delicious crêpes and much more.

PARKING: Each guest has access to a free parking space within the dedicated parking areas of the camping village.

PETS: Pets are allowed in some accommodations, but not in the accessible units designed for wheelchair users.
