We present a residence in Finale Ligure designed for guests who enjoy physical activity, those seeking seaside relaxation, and also wheelchair users. Thanks to its proximity to the sea and the absence of architectural barriers, it is an ideal solution for guests who are self-sufficient but need to move around using a wheelchair.
The residence, almost entirely accessible, is located in a strategic position: just a 5-minute walk from the center of Finale Ligure, only 30 meters from the beach, and surrounded by large private gardens. This allows guests to enjoy both the relaxation of Ligurian nature and the vibrant atmosphere of the town.

APARTMENTS: The residence offers two types of apartments: studio apartments (max 4 guests) and one-bedroom apartments (max 6 guests). All accommodations include air conditioning, kitchenette, flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and a private safe.
Many apartments feature a private garden, ideal for outdoor dining during summer evenings or for letting your four-legged friend play freely.
The residence in Finale Ligure offers a wheelchair-accessible studio apartment. The accommodation is located on the ground floor and includes a lovely garden equipped with table, chairs, and parasol. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower and grab bars for guests with reduced mobility.
Thanks to its accessibility and well-designed layout, the studio apartment is particularly suitable for guests who move independently using compact wheelchairs. It is also an ideal solution for those traveling with a caregiver.
The studio apartment features a fold-down wall bed solution (used both for the double bed and the two bunk beds), which folds down and closes in place of the sofa. During the day, the space is arranged as a more open living area, while at night the bed must be lowered, partially changing the layout of the room. We kindly invite you to carefully review the photos for an accurate evaluation.
For wheelchair users:
- opening and closing the bed requires a minimum amount of maneuvering space;
- once the bed is lowered, interior spaces become more limited;
- the presence of a companion may be helpful for assistance, if needed.
BEACH: The property is located almost directly on the beautiful beaches of Finale Ligure: the sea can be reached with just a short walk, only 30 meters from the residence. In particular, guests can enjoy relaxing days at the partner beach, which is also accessible to wheelchair users.
The shoreline is wide and sandy and equipped with a walkway and an amphibious wheelchair (JOB chair) to facilitate access to the water. Guests of the residence are entitled to a reserved row of umbrellas and sunbeds, as well as changing cabins and a beach volleyball court.

FAMILIES: The residence is also well-suited for guests traveling with children. Upon request, the property provides free of charge a baby cot with linens, a baby bathtub, a toilet reducer, and high chairs.
The partner beach features a dedicated play area for children, in addition to the many excursions and activities available in the area, which are also suitable for young guests.
PETS: The property welcomes animal lovers: request an apartment with a garden and bring your four-legged friend with you! Please note: in July and August, only small-sized dogs are allowed.
