The holiday village in Marsa Alam gives top priority to people with disabilities. The hotel has dedicated wheelchair-accessible rooms and is free of architectural barriers: it has a slope of less than 6% of the ramps (according to international standards); for access to the sea, the beach and the swimming pool, several "Amphibious Wheelchairs" and "Amphibious Walkers" are available; there is a winch that allows guests to enter the water comfortably from the pier.

ACCOMMODATIONS: The structure offers 8 rooms adapted for wheelchair users on the ground floor, with a walk-in shower equipped with a slightly raised edge to avoid flooding the bathroom (as seen in the photo gallery). The rooms can accommodate up to a maximum of 3 people; no connecting rooms exist.
They are equipped with air conditioning and all the comforts appropriate to the standard of the hotel category to which the village belongs.

ALL-INCLUSIVE FORMULA: With the bracelet you will receive upon arrival, you can enjoy your holiday in the all-inclusive formula and take advantage of the following services free of charge.

  • Full board: breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet with international cuisine.
  • Lunch at the Snack Bar on the beach.
  • Snacks at the beach bars.
  • Bottled water in the restaurants, local non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks, soft drinks served in glasses and at the bars, American coffee, tea and herbal teas.

SPA & WELLNESS: the spa is a unique, suggestive, relaxing environment. Enjoy a thermal ritual or a typical hammam, where refined and expert gestures will rejuvenate the body and spirit.

BEACH: The strong points of the destination are its sea and the coral reef in front of the resort. There are amphibious wheelchairs, walkers for the sand, and paved umbrella stations. For those who want to dive offshore to snorkel and admire the fantastic coral reef, there is a lift at the end of the pier to facilitate entry into the water for all people with reduced mobility.

AIRPORT / HOTEL TRANSFERS: It is possible to purchase transfers on-site; select them and add them on the next screen during the request-sending procedure.
In Marsa Alam, there are currently no vehicles equipped with a ramp or, in any case, capable of ensuring a transfer while travelling seated in your wheelchair—the possibility only of a private car.
