ACCOMMODATION: The resort offers eco-friendly accommodation designed to combine sustainability and comfort, all just steps from the sea. The chalets are surrounded by a lush forest of holm oaks and pine trees and are built using untreated wood that is 100% recyclable.
For guests with reduced mobility, the property offers two types of wheelchair accessible chalets, free of architectural barriers and equipped with air conditioning, a safe and insect screens on the windows.
Couples and families of up to three guests (maximum 2 adults and 1 child under 12 years old) can stay in the 20 m² studio chalets. Inside, guests will find a fully equipped kitchenette, while outside there is a 15 m² private terrace furnished with sun loungers and a sunshade. The private bathroom features a modern roll-in shower and WC with grab rails, ensuring comfort and safety.
Families and groups of up to six guests can choose the spacious 48 m² two-bedroom accommodation. These units consist of two adjoining chalets connected by an interconnecting door, providing two fully equipped kitchenettes, a generous 32 m² terrace and two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is fully adapted for wheelchair users and includes a roll-in shower and grab rails.

DINING: Within the resort, guests can enjoy an authentic culinary journey through the flavours of the Etruscan Coast. The property features two restaurants, a pizzeria and a wine bar. Each venue serves dishes prepared with fresh locally sourced ingredients, elegantly presented and paired with excellent regional wines.
Thanks to its partnership with Schär, the resort also offers an excellent selection of gluten-free products, including croissants, pastries, pizzas and much more. The restaurant and kitchen staff are always available to accommodate food allergies and intolerances, ensuring every guest enjoys a pleasant dining experience.
For a completely relaxing holiday, guests can choose between Half Board and Full Board. Those wishing to prepare their own meals will also find a well-stocked on-site supermarket.

OPTION TO ADD LUNCHES AND DINNERS

The standard rate includes accommodation only, but meals can also be added, allowing you to enjoy your holiday on a Half Board or Full Board basis.
To add meals, simply select your accommodation with the standard room-only rate, click the green CONTINUE button and, on the following page, choose and add the Half Board or Full Board supplement.

BEACH: The resort enjoys a prime seafront location on the Tuscan coast and features a beautiful beach stretching for more than 10 km, where guests can enjoy the crystal-clear sea thanks to the amphibious wheelchair available at the Information Point.
The beach can generally be reached in approximately 7–8 minutes via a pleasant path through the cool pine forest. We strongly recommend using a powered mobility device such as a Triride or a similar attachment, or travelling with a companion who can assist in pushing a manual wheelchair over the short inclines along the route.
To offer maximum flexibility, guests can choose from several beach areas.
The reserved free beach, where large traditional straw huts provide shade, subject to availability.
The equipped beach (extra charge), where sun umbrellas and sun loungers can be rented either in advance or directly on site. Wooden boardwalks lead to selected beach positions, which are generally reserved for guests with disabilities.
The public free beach, where guests may use their own beach equipment.
The private beach area also includes sports and recreational facilities, a charming beach bar and a seafront restaurant.

SWIMMING POOLS: The resort features three supervised swimming pools, monitored by qualified staff.
The first pool, located close to the bar and just a short walk from the beach, covers 375 m² and has a gently sloping floor, making it suitable for both adults and children.
The second pool, surrounded by greenery and also just a few steps from the sea, hosts activities such as water games and aqua aerobics.
The third pool is a new above-ground semi-Olympic swimming pool with a depth of 140 cm and 25 × 12 metre swimming lanes, making it ideal for guests wishing to continue their training while on holiday.

ENTERTAINMENT: Younger guests can enjoy the Mini Club, Junior Club and Teen Club, with activities designed specifically for each age group, including beach volleyball, tennis tournaments, baby dance, creative workshops, evening shows and much more.
The resort also offers an entertainment programme for adults, including fitness sessions, themed games, group dancing and evening performances in the amphitheatre.

PANORAMIC TRAIN: To ensure a peaceful and safe environment, private cars are not permitted inside the resort. Guests can easily move around the property using the convenient panoramic train (please note that it is not wheelchair accessible, as it is not equipped with a boarding ramp). Particularly popular with families, it is powered by a hybrid engine and travels throughout the entire resort every day.
The service operates daily from 8:00 am to midnight, with departures approximately every 20 minutes. The route connects all the main areas of the resort, including the beach.

PARKING: Each guest is entitled to use the resort's private unattended car park. Parking spaces are not assigned. Reserved accessible parking spaces are available near the reception for guests with disabilities.

PETS: Pets are not allowed.
