ACCOMMODATIONS: The holiday resort offers accommodations designed to combine eco-friendly construction and comfort, all directly by the sea. The chalets, surrounded by a lush pine forest of holm oaks and pine trees, are made of untreated wood and are 100% recyclable.
For guests with reduced mobility, the property offers two types of wheelchair-accessible chalets, barrier-free and equipped with air conditioning, safe deposit box and mosquito-screen windows.
For couples and groups of up to 3 guests (maximum 2 adults + 1 child under 12 years old), there are the 20 m² studio chalets. Inside there is a fully equipped kitchenette, while outside guests can enjoy a 15 m² private terrace furnished with sun loungers and sunshade. The private bathroom includes a modern roll-in shower and WC with grab bars, ensuring practicality and safety.
For families and groups of up to 6 guests, the resort offers 48 m² two-bedroom chalets. These accommodations consist of two adjacent chalets connected by an internal communicating door. Guests can therefore enjoy two equipped kitchenettes, a spacious 32 m² terrace and two bathrooms. One of them is adapted for wheelchair users, with roll-in shower and grab bars.

DINING: Inside the Tuscan holiday resort, guests can enjoy a true journey through the flavours of the Etruscan Coast. The property includes two restaurants, a pizzeria and a wine bar. Each venue offers dishes prepared with fresh locally sourced ingredients, elegantly presented and paired with local wines.
Thanks to its partnership with Schär, the resort offers excellent gluten-free options including croissants, desserts, dedicated pizzas and much more. In addition, the restaurant and kitchen staff are always available to assist guests with food intolerances and allergies, ensuring a stay focused on taste and wellbeing.
For guests seeking a worry-free holiday, half board and full board options are available. For those who prefer cooking independently, the village also includes a small but well-stocked supermarket.

BEACH: The holiday resort directly overlooks the Tuscan sea: just a few steps or a ride on the shuttle service are enough to reach a beach stretching over 10 km and enjoy the crystal-clear water, thanks also to the amphibious wheelchair available at the Info Point.
To guarantee maximum flexibility, guests can choose between different beach areas.
The reserved free beach area, where large traditional straw huts provide shade subject to availability.
The equipped paid beach area, including sunbeds and umbrellas available for rent both in advance and on site. Wooden pathways are also available here and reach selected stations, usually reserved for guests with disabilities.
The public free beach area, where guests may use their own beach equipment.
The private beach area also includes sports and play areas, a charming beach bar and a seafront restaurant.

SWIMMING POOLS: The resort features 3 swimming pools supervised by qualified staff.
The first, located near the bar and close to the beach, measures 375 m² and has a gently sloping floor suitable for both adults and children.
The second, surrounded by greenery and also near the sea, hosts activities such as water games and aqua gym.
The third is a new semi-Olympic above-ground swimming pool, 140 cm deep with 25m x 12m swimming lanes, ideal for sporty guests wishing to continue training while on holiday.

ENTERTAINMENT: Younger guests can enjoy the Mini, Junior and Teen Club. The entertainment programme is designed according to age groups and includes beach volleyball, tennis tournaments, baby dance, workshops, evening shows and much more.
The resort also offers entertainment for adults, including fitness activities, themed games, group dancing and evening performances in the amphitheatre.

SHUTTLE SERVICE: To ensure a peaceful and safe environment, cars are not allowed inside the holiday village. To move easily between the different areas, guests can use the convenient shuttle service: a hybrid-powered train that circulates daily throughout the resort.
The service operates every day from 08:00 to 24:00, with departures approximately every 20 minutes. The route covers all the main areas of the village, including the beach.
The shuttle includes a dedicated wheelchair carriage suitable for transporting wheelchairs and walkers. Staff are always available to assist guests during boarding and disembarking if needed.

PARKING: Each guest is entitled to use the resort’s private unattended parking area. Parking spaces are not assigned. Reserved parking spaces are available near reception for guests with disabilities.
